To be eligible for a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

How to Return Your Order

Once we provide you with a return label, affix the label securely to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest USPS office.

Please do not return the item without the return label provided by HUMBLE ORGANIC LABS. If you return an item without our authorized return label, shipping charges may apply.

Once the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse and the refund has been processed, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. However, refunds should generally appear within 10 business days after processing.
