At Humble Organic Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplement bottles
- Damaged products caused by misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation is sent.
